Beef Kebab
600g Welsh sirloin steak cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
120ml Tomos Watcyn ‘Cwrw Gaeaf’
2 tbs. muscovado sugar
1 tbs. Worcester sauce
1 tbs olive oil
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Mix the garlic, beer, sugar, sauce, salt and oil together and pour over the meat in a shallow dish and leave to marinate for at least two hours or overnight if possible.
Remove from the marinade and sprinkle the pepper over the meat before putting the cubes on a skewer. Cook on the barbecue or grill and continue turning until brown on both sides – 5-7 minutes.
Serve with red onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
